"Green Oscar" for Svilosa

The sixth edition of b2b Media awards held on June 08, 2016 appraised the most green companies in Bulgaria. The study is unique for Bulgaria taking into account the “green” purposes and corporative strategies achievement. The competition includes companies with green investments, self-initiative activities and healthy environment causes. Thirteen companies efforts were awarded by Green Oscars during the sixth edition of the national competition “The most green companies in Bulgaria” which has become a symbol of the responsible business in the country.

Record number of participant took part in the competition. More than 60 companies competed for b2b Media "Green Oscar" awards. Svilosa AD won the first place in “Industry and production” category. The awards in this category were presented by Deputy Minister of Environment and  Waters – Atanaska Nikolova. “The rational utilization of natural sources and energy is related not only to environmental but to social and economic benefits. The production of eco-friendly products means for the companies new market opportunities and access to undeveloped markets with great development potential” – said during the ceremony Deputy Minister Nikolova.
