Announcement for the allocation of the LEI Code

In the official section of State Gazette, number 62 dated 01.08.2017 was promulgated the Law on amendment and supplement of Law for public offering of securities, adopted by the National Assembly on July 19th, 2017.
In accordance to the new article 79b, participants on the international financial markets (stock members and issuers) should have identification codes of the legal entity, the so called LEI code (Legal Entity Identifier).
We would like to inform herewith that Svilosa AD has an issued LEI code (Legal Entity Identifier) as at 06.11.2017.
