The paper hereby informs you that an agreement for loan restructuring between Svilosa AD and Svilocell EAD from one side and the European bank for reconstruction and development and Nordic Investment Bank from other is in force since 11 April 2011.
We remind you hereby that the parameters of Loan Restructuring Agreement for Svilosa AD and Svilocell EAD with the EBRD and Nordic Investment Bank were agreed at the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 2nd April 2011.
The Management of Svilosa AD was authorized by the General Assembly of the shareholders to sign the Loan Restructuring Agreements.
